Interviewing / Shortlisting Services

If you are concerned about the time it will take to review your applications, or if you’d like someone with recruitment expertise to analyze applications for you, Employment Office provides a Candidate Shortlist service that makes finding the right employee(s) even easier!

$0 - $80,000 p.a - All Inclusive remuneration package

  • $2,000 each with a fee of $500 per candidate placement

$80,000 - $120,000 p.a - All Inclusive remuneration package

  • $3,000 each with a fee of $1,000 per candidate placement

$120,000 + p.a - All Inclusive remuneration package

  • $4,000 each with a fee of $2,000 per candidate placement

 

These packages include..

  • Request you to complete a short Job Definition Survey (JDS) which will provide a useful benchmark for evaluating your shortlisted candidates
  • Contact you after the completion of the JDS, to discuss the results and run through the final details on the role, ensuring we have a full understanding of your ideal candidate
  • Rate and rank applicants
  • Conduct in-depth, role-specific telephone interviews
  • Arrange for suitable applicants to complete McQuaig candidate job-fit questionnaires
  • Present a shortlist of up to five candidates, including booking and confirmation details of client/candidate interviews, original application, resume, interview summary and guide and comprehensive McQuaig report
  • Perform reference checks (to be completed after face-to-face interview upon request)
